A practical account of the data flows found in this version of Ride Green Greece.
Who publishes this site and who to contact
Ride Green Greece is a travel-planning publication operated under Teleporio.com, the confirmed operator and trading identity registered in the United States. Niki Katsadas is its founder and publisher; his stated background includes hospitality leadership. The exact legal entity and form behind Teleporio.com, its state of registration, and its postal address are not present in verified project business records.
The confirmed Ride Green Greece privacy contact is niki@teleporio.com.
Information and purposes observed
- Trip-planning answers and unfinished planner drafts are saved in this browser so you can continue planning.
- Outings and plans you explicitly save in My Passport are stored in this browser. They can contain destination, date, origin text, travel preferences and an inscription.
- If you separately opt in to journey measurement, limited events are held in browser storage to measure planner completion, empty rental searches and provider-link clicks. This workspace build does not configure or load an external analytics provider.
- Advertising is paused in this workspace build. The AdSense tag is not loaded while the required publisher CMP setup is unresolved.
- If you explicitly share an outing, the generated public URL contains destination, date, available time, mode, rhythm and selected preferences. It omits your origin, inscription and photo. Anyone who receives that URL can read the encoded outing details.
- When you choose “Use my location,” the browser may ask for location permission. The current implementation discards the returned coordinates and uses only the text “Current location (not route-checked)”; the app does not store or send the coordinates.
- The Patmos Mobility Map requests map tiles and community-mapped features from OpenStreetMap services. When you choose “Show route estimate,” the selected Patmos origin, destination and travel mode are sent to the FOSSGIS routing service; its published notice says route requests are saved in server logs. The app does not send your device location or retain route requests. The map extract may be saved in this browser for up to 12 hours.
- An optional photo selected for My Greek Day is processed in the current tab to make a downloadable image. The app code does not upload it or include it in a shared outing URL.
- Google Fonts is requested from Google’s font servers on page load. Those requests expose ordinary network request data, such as your IP address and browser request headers, to Google.
- Replit hosts and serves the published application. Hosting request/error log fields and their retention are not established by the project source.
- External links, including provider and booking links, take you to another operator. The destination site receives the request and applies its own privacy practices. The Ferryhopper link includes Teleporio affiliate tracking; the exact commission beneficiary has not been independently confirmed.
No contact or partner application form submits information from the current Ride Green Greece pages.
Lawful basis, recipients and transfers
The purposes above are visible in the product, but the data controller’s applicable lawful basis for each purpose has not been supplied or verified. The operator must determine and publish those bases before treating this as final. Replit, Google Fonts, OpenStreetMap services, FOSSGIS routing, and—if later enabled—Google AdSense are identifiable service recipients. Their contract roles, data locations, retention, and any transfer safeguards for this specific deployment have not been verified here.
Google AdSense is not active in this workspace while consent setup is being reviewed. Re-enabling it requires a Google-certified CMP integrated with IAB TCF where applicable, plus confirmation of the relevant publisher-account settings. Consent Mode alone is not that CMP.
Retention, deletion and your choices
Saved plans and unfinished planner answers remain in browser storage until you remove them or clear site data; the app does not set a fixed expiry for them. Optional journey-measurement events are capped at 100 entries and pruned after 30 days; rejecting or withdrawing that choice deletes the local event histories. Consent preferences remain in browser storage until changed or cleared. Browser-local data does not sync between devices.
Withdraw optional measurement in Privacy & cookie settings, or clear this site’s storage in your browser settings to remove saved plans, unfinished answers and offline cache. This build does not provide a delete-all control for saved Passport items. Browser settings may also be needed to clear cached fonts or third-party data already set by an external service.
Requests and complaints
For a privacy question, access/correction/deletion request, objection, or complaint about a listing or article, write to niki@teleporio.com and identify the page or browser data involved. The response process, identity checks, applicable rights, and competent supervisory authority still require confirmation against the operator’s exact legal entity and registration details.
